Okay, because I am inherently lazy, I have been fighting Orokos to streamline what I want it to do.
Blood of Andals.
Up till now, I have been doing the roll and then rerolling the lowest die as a separate roll, but there is a way to do it in one go.
If, for example, you had 4D in Fighting and 1B in spears, you would normally roll 5d6k4 and then reroll the lowest die.
However, there is a way to do it in one go. 5d6k3+1d6.
Most of the time you will get something like this:
5d6k3+1d6: 17 [5d6k3=[5, 4, 2], 1, 1] [1d6=6]
However if you do use this method, there is the possibility you will get something like this:
5d6k3+1d6: 20 [5d6k3=[6, 6, 5], 5, 4] [1d6=3]
The fewer the number of dice you are rolling, the greater the chance this will happen, however at 5 dice rolled I only saw it about 2% of the time.
Attractive
This was easier. You just need to put an exclamation mark (1) at the end of the formula.
If you had a 4D in persuasion and 2B in charm, the formula would be 6d6k4ro1!
The result you may get would be:
6d6ro1k4!: 20 [6d6ro1k4=[5, 5, 5, 1>
5], 4, 2] or 6d6ro1k4!: 23 [6d6ro1k4=[6, 1>
6, 1>
6, 5], 5, 3] or 6d6ro1k4!: 13 [6d6ro1k4=[6, 1>
3, 2, 2], 2, 1>
2]
The (!) shows you how many 1s were rerolled.
Of course, there is a chance you will get:
6d6ro1k4!: 18 [6d6ro1k4=[1>
6, 4, 4, 1>
4], 1>
4, 3]
In this case, the extra rerolled 1 is dropped, so there is no issue. If you were to get this (which took me about 300 rolls):
6d6ro1k4!: 18 [6d6ro1k4 [1>
6, 1>
5, 4, 1>
3], 2, 2]
You would simply ignore your last reroll and your total would be 17. [1>
6, 1>
5, 4, 2], 2, 1]
Yes.. yes... I am aware that there is an infinitesimal degree of ramping when a 3rd 1 is rolled because you can't be sure if the lowest dice is the last 1 rerolled, but this is a game and I think it is close enough for our purposes. The degree of ramping is so small I can't even be bothered to calculate it.
Most importantly, it can be combined with Blood of Andals above.
