Ser Alfred takes to the field on his trusted mount. A usual, his brigantine clashes somewhat with the romantic notion of knights in plate competing against each other, but prejudices are common, are they not ? Having substituted the usual helmet with the tourney helmet, he awaits his first opponents move, charging as soon as the other knight does so.

Coldbrook Tourney: AK I - Charge: 9d6k4 23

(Just put that up, any takers ?)

Ser Alfred's first opponent is Ser Orwen Butterwell, a Riverlander from a house famous for their wine, whose foundation for wealth is primarily dairy.

Alfred's lance shatters squarely on Orwen's shield and pushes the man out of his saddle, ruining the knight's aspirations for choosing a queen of love and beauty.

Health 9
Damage 7
Attack 7k3
SitS 3k2

vs Alfred, pass 1 Standard: 7d6k3 16 3d6k2 10 3d6 11

[Dunno why I rolled for Catch Your Breath...eh, Orwen is unhorsed, but he manages to get 1 DoS. Alfred's armor absorbs the blow and he must make a TN9 to avoid falling off his horse.]

Riler Clarick is up next, another Riverlander, a nobody-knight in service to a minor house.

vs Alfred, pass 1 Standard: 7d6k3 16 3d6k2 7
1 DoS. Alfred makes his saddle check, Riler does not.

[Name for 3rd opponent: Northerner Benam Cerwyn. In Round 3 thread, I would suggest declaring your maneuver in private. That's worked pretty well in our other threads. First contender declares maneuver in private, second contender just picks a maneuver and rolls.]
