One look aside to Jorah and a subtle nod with her chin, and he understands. Loreia wants to know more.

After Jorah speaks:
When he continues her line of inquiry, she backs him when she notices the defensive look from the wary and preoccupied innkeeper. "
We care. You needn't fear the Frey,"
she placates. "
'Guard against', of course, but we're not in the habit of airin' others' troubles."


From her latter statement, what she means to imply with her tone is that the guard and the knight won't cause a fuss, or allow this chat to come back on them.
