Quite interested to see how this turns out, if you have a moment Smile

Besides, who doesn't love seeing to greens fighting? Although in a fight my money is on Nathan, he is a dirty boy :;
):

Also very interesting political implications. With the Septon arguing for a swift merciful death yet against the law, while Nathan is pushing for punishment in line with the law, yet fewer killed. Which is more merciful?

Need a response here... then Corrine and I can make investigation rolls and take a tour of the affected areas.

Nathan, will try to get to this plus your argument with our Septon and Brother Turpin tomorrow. Kick me on Wednesday if I've still not done it.

Very sorry these were missing, thought I'd posted them. Embarassed

A few more to follow once I've wrapped up events and reviewed some threads, but might not happen until post Christmas.

Reader's last post indicated what you need to do. You need to rewrite the whole thing. PM Reader if you need help rewriting, but the thread can't progress until you fix it.

You still haven't removed Ser Myles' parts or put in standard grammar. Both are things Reader said in his post you needed to deal with.

It's quite simple. Read what Reader said. It's not good because you're writing actions for an NPC who is not yours. You can't write on Ser Myles' behalf, as he is Reader's character to control. You need to delete that second post altogether, and take out everything except Walton's direct actions, speech, and thoughts from the first post (mechanical stuff like rolls stay, obviously).

You also need to use inverted commas for all speech lines, because that's basic grammar. Reader has asked for proper speech notation several times. It's a bare minimum requirement for this group, and it's easy. If you can't do it, then this isn't the game for you.

Thanks Corrine.

Everyone here has different standards of English (hell, I grew up near Glasgow, so I'm much weaker than many of those with English as a second language!), but we can all do our part on grammar to make things easy to read. Smile

NPC stuff is mainly just to stop a slippery slope of people directing my characters: even things that seem innocuous can lead to other people pushing things further. I'll review the thread and see what shape it's in and get things moving there!
